Every menu item in view, and mail hidden until it works

The account menu shows every page with nothing tucked under More. Mail it for me stays hidden until mailing is set up.

The account menu used to tuck four pages under More, so on a phone you had to open the menu and then open More to find them. Now every page is in the list. Help nearby, Everything that happened and Share and rewards sit under a small “Also for you” label, after your tasks, inbox, applications and vault. The counts stay where they were.

Mail it for me is hidden until Front Door can really mail a letter. The menu, the search box, the buttons on applications, tasks, letters and replies, and the page itself all stay out of sight until mailing is set up. Fax it for me works the same way. When mailing is ready, it comes back on its own.
