Claim your listing

People who work at a place can now take over its listing and keep it correct.

Every listing on Help nearby now has a “Run this place? Claim this listing” link.

• Sign in with your work email. If it matches the listing’s website, like name@acrs.org for acrs.org, you manage the listing right away.
• Claims from personal email or a different domain go to a person to check: the city or county that runs the local Front Door site, or the Front Door team.
• Coworkers at the same email domain join your organization automatically.
• Once claimed, the listing shows who manages it, and your organization gets the listing workspace: edit details, close for now, answer reports, and see the change history.
