You may qualify, and what to bring
Signed-in residents see which places fit them and which documents they already have.

Two things waste a trip: going somewhere you cannot use, and getting turned away for a missing paper. Front Door now checks both before you go.
- If you are signed in, a place you fit says “You may qualify”, with the reason: where you live, your age, or your income, from your vault.
- If something does not match, it says “Check who it’s for” and suggests calling first. Places are never hidden.
- “What to bring” lists the documents a place asks for, and marks the ones already in your vault: “Bring your ID: in your vault”. The rest link to adding them.
- Rules come from a listing’s own words only when they are plain, like “Spokane County residents”. “Low income” with no number gets no label instead of a guess.
- Staff who manage a listing can set who can use it and what to bring in their workspace.
- The match happens on Front Door’s server. Your facts are never shown to anyone else and never go to the assistant.
