A launch dashboard for the team

The team can see sign-ups, onboarding, applications, questions and safety counts, updated every minute, without names.

The Front Door team has a launch dashboard at /team/signups. It shows sign-ups today, this week and this month, progress toward 100,000 people, and a chart for each day and each hour today.

It also shows how far people get: finishing the welcome, claiming a Front Door address, adding household or income answers, seeing a program they likely qualify for, starting an application and sending one. Below that are the programs people apply for and ask us to add, letters received, questions answered, crisis cards shown and how much of the day’s answer budget is used.

Every number is a count. The page never shows what anyone asked, wrote or answered, and the newest sign-ups show at most a first initial. Team and test accounts are left out unless you choose to include them.
