Organizations can now manage their listings

Edit details, close for a while with a reason, resolve reports, and see every change.

Illustration: Organizations can now manage their listings

The people who run a place, or the city that runs a Front Door site, now have a workspace to keep listings correct.

  • Edit every detail: services, who it serves, cost, hours, languages, and how to reach you.
  • Close for now with a reason people will see, like flood repairs, and the date you reopen. Closed places drop below open ones.
  • Resolve reports from residents as fixed or as checked and correct.
  • One click for “Still correct” resets the review clock.
  • Every change is recorded: who made it, for which organization, and what each field was before.
  • Listings now say who checked them, like “Checked October 2026 by Seattle HSD”.
  • A city or county that runs a Front Door site keeps unclaimed listings in its area current. Next: places claim their own.
