A reply on every turn, and lighter cards

Every message gets a reply before any program shows, and program cards take half the space.

A follow-up question could show program cards with no words above them. Now every turn goes the same way: a reply first, then the programs, then the details and next steps.

• Program cards never show without a reply above them, on a new turn or one restored from earlier.
• Questions about Front Door itself, like “what else can you do for me?”, get a written answer instead of cards.
• Cards are lighter: “Apply on myBenefits” and “Call” sit in one quiet row, Start and Save sit side by side, and each card is one full row in the conversation. A card is about 40 percent shorter.
