Clearer guides and local help

Program and place pages put the next step first, with details you can open when you need them.

Prepared for release. This change has not been deployed.

Program pages now put who can apply, documents to gather and one application card in a single column. Basic Food and TANF include their reviewed income rules and what happens after you apply.

Local offices show a short row with their name, checked status and a Call link. Open Office details for the address, hours and other ways to get help. Longer program details fold away too. Sources appear at the bottom, and Ask follows the page’s content.

The Working Families Tax Credit page explains each caveat once before listing the years. Sign-in and the directory use the same controls as the rest of Front Door. The sample account screen appears only in the demo.

Help now explains how Front Door works, where to reach a person and answers to common questions. Your conversation has its own page.
