The directory speaks Open Referral
Every listing exports and imports in HSDS 3.3, coded with Open Eligibility, so data moves to and from 211.

A directory nobody else can read becomes another silo. Front Door’s now uses the shared format human services directories exchange.
- The whole directory is available in Open Referral’s Human Services Data Specification, version 3.3.1, the current release, at a public address that partners and WA 211 can read.
- Each service carries standard codes from the Open Eligibility taxonomy, such as Food Pantry or Tax Preparation.
- Hours, age limits, documents to bring, closures, and languages all map to their standard fields.
- Front Door can import HSDS data from partners. Data it exported comes back to the same listings without duplicates, and staff edits are never overwritten.
- Checked against the official schema: all 264 live services pass, and a full export, import, and export again comes back unchanged.
