Your home page used to hold everything on one long page, and the box to ask was missing once you signed in. Now your account has a sidebar, like a mail or banking app, and the box is always there.

- A sidebar on every account page: Home, Tasks, Inbox, Applications, Programs for me, Renewals and Vault, with counts for what needs you. Applications lists your newest ones. Settings and Help are always at the bottom. Make it smaller to see only icons. On a phone, Menu opens it.
- Tasks and the Inbox have one row of tabs, like Later and Done, or Needs a reply and Forwarded.
- A box to ask about anything sits at the bottom of every account page. Your question opens the conversation right there in your account, for your state, with your vault.
- Search: press Cmd K or Ctrl K, or tap Search. It finds your tasks, letters, applications, documents, pages and programs, and you can ask a question from the same box.
- Your home shows today: the box to ask comes first, then what to do, what is coming up, your newest applications and letters. It no longer says "You are all caught up" over a "Do this next" list, and every page counts the days to a due date the same way.
- New pages: Tasks, all your Applications, Settings (your state, reminders, your Front Door email address, what you agreed to), Saved for later, and Share and rewards.
- On other pages of the site, the top bar is short when you are signed in: Your account, Search and Menu. Menu shows your own state instead of asking you to choose one.
- Terms: from now on we only ask you to agree again when what we do with your information changes. When we only change some words, you see one short note with a link. This update asks you once more, because it changes that rule.
