Prepared for release. This change has not been deployed.

An organization may offer food, bill help and other services. Its new page brings that help
together, grouped by type. Each program shows who it is for, how to get it, and its status as of
the date checked.

- Open a program guide when we have its application details, or follow the organization's own
source when we have a shorter listing.
- Return from a program guide to the organization to see its other help.
- Read the Bridge Project's cash assistance sites together.
- See Byrd Barr Place's programs in Seattle, with gaps marked where availability needs checking.

These listings are on the organization pages. Adding them to the program catalog and Help nearby
is a separate change.

Front Door is an independent service. Each organization decides who it can help.
