Your inbox now shows the sender, subject and a short preview of each letter. A dot marks unread mail, and each row opens the full letter.

- Three small reports show unread letters, letters that need a reply and letters from agencies. They open the matching view. When a reply has a task date, the report shows the earliest one.
- Tabs show how many letters are in All, Needs a reply, From agencies and Forwarded. Choose Unread only to see letters you have not opened.
- You can still review a reply, add a paper letter, forward agency email and find your inbox address and fax number on the same page.
