Apply for me now takes you through one application flow. You can go back to an earlier answer, add or remove a household member, and choose None when a choice does not apply. Save and exit returns you to where you started. Your draft appears on Home and Applications with a Continue link and the same progress number.

When you finish, What happens now tells you what was prepared or sent, where your receipt is saved, and what the agency does next. If you already have an application, the program opens that record.

Your programs and saved items are together on Programs for me. Save for later keeps a program there without adding it to your application plan. Opening Inbox leaves your letters unread until you choose one.

Home is shorter. Settings holds reminders, your state, inbox address, fax number and reply choices. Your vault shows dates in words and one mailing-address choice. Removing a paper, renewal or saved item asks you first. Help offers a note to our team, a call to 211 and answers to common questions.
