Pressing Start my application used to drop you on a sign-in screen with no word about why. Now the page tells you.

- Start my application, Save for later, Apply for everything, the quick check's "Make an account and apply", and the Inbox and Vault links all open the Front Door sign-in page first, never the sign-in service directly.
- Above the form, one short box says what you were doing and why it needs an account. For example: "To start your Basic Food application, sign in with your email. We save your answers so you only type them once."
- What you were doing comes with you. The program you picked is waiting in your account after you sign in, and you land on the page you were headed to.
- New [Terms of Use](https://localcarehub.org/terms), in plain words: what Front Door is and is not, your account, what we may do with what you share, and how to delete it.
- The [Privacy page](https://localcarehub.org/privacy) now lists the companies that help run Front Door and what each one gets. The services that write answers, sort and match get masked text, never Social Security, ID or account numbers.
- The sign-in page says "By creating an account you agree to our Terms and Privacy policy", with both linked. Your account keeps which version you agreed to and when. If the Terms change, your home page will ask you to read them and agree again.
- Terms of Use is in the footer, next to Privacy.
- The demo site still offers Start the demo.
