Fixes from our October review.

- **Closed funds leave open pages at midnight.** Disaster Cash Assistance takes applications through October 30, 2026. At midnight in Washington, it now leaves every list, search and screening result, even on a page you left open, without a reload.
- **Fairer limits on Add your data.** Limits on [Add your data](https://localcarehub.org/open-data/contribute) now count by where a request comes from, so no one can use up your organization's requests by typing your email. To do that we keep a scrambled code made from your network address, only to count requests, and delete it after two days. A few busy senders can no longer close the form for everyone.
- **One email a day to our team.** New offers of data reach our team in one email each morning, not one email for each request. If that email cannot go out, it is tried again the next day.
- **Safer spreadsheets.** We now turn away a CSV with cells that would run as formulas, and an Excel file that links to other files or holds embedded objects. Please save the values only and send it again.
- **What a partner key is for.** [Open data](https://localcarehub.org/open-data) now says plainly that a partner key gives you every record in bulk, in the HSDS format, with support and limits set for you. Each listing is also on Front Door's own pages.
- **Job help in plain text.** Job centers from CareerOneStop no longer show stray codes like `"`, doubled brackets or notes from years ago. An office that is already in Local offices shows once, with the phone number we checked.
- **Clearer job help cards.** A veterans reentry program no longer says "For young people", and screen readers hear the job centers at the right heading level.
