Benefits often stop because a renewal form went in late. Front Door already keeps your renewal dates and counts down to them. Now it also emails you before each one.

- **Six emails for each renewal.** 45, 30, 14, 7 and 2 days before the date, and on the day it is due. Each one says which renewal, the date, what to send and to which agency, and links to your home.
- **From hello@notify.localcarehub.org,** sent in the daytime where you live. The subject line never names the program.
- **Easy to stop.** Turn them off under Reminders on your home page, or open the link at the bottom of any email. One click, no sign-in.
- **Never twice.** Each reminder goes out once. If your renewal date moves, the reminders follow the new date. When you mark the renewal done, they stop.
- **Texts are coming soon.** Texting waits until our own text number is approved by the phone companies. Until then your home page says "Texts are coming soon. We'll email you for now." When texts start, you check a box next to the exact words you agree to, and we text a code to make sure the number is yours.
- **Help by text, when texts start.** Text us a question and get a short answer with links. If your words are about danger, the first thing you get back is who to call or text right now.

Your home page and the front page now say it plainly: "We email you before your renewal."
