The list of update emails was long and hard to scan, and sending one meant opening it first. Now it is a table.

- **One row per email.** The title with its subject under it, who it is for, its status (draft, edited or sent), when it was last edited and which version, when it was last sent and to how many people, and how many arrived once the mail provider tells us.
- **Sort and filter.** Sort by any column. Filter by who it is for, by status, and by release notes or new emails, and search by any word.
- **Send from the table.** Tick one or more emails, then send a test to yourself or send them to typed addresses or a saved list. Each email sends its newest version.
- **One last check for all of them.** Before anything goes, one screen lists each email with its subject, its version, how many people get it and every address. Anyone who stopped these emails or bounced before is held back, nobody gets the same version twice, and one send reaches at most 50 emails in all.
- **On a phone.** Each email is a short row with its title, who it is for and its status, with the same boxes and actions.
